Our three firms jointly tendered for the role of settlement administrators because we believe we will deliver a cost and time efficient resolution of Group Members’ claims, whilst respecting the dignity of the women impacted by these products and recognising the breadth of their individual experiences and suffering.

Our teams will expand as required to ensure we are appropriately resourced so that the Administrations are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
