General Update on the Status of the Administration | December 2025
The Administrators have begun sending notices of assessment to eligible group members. The notices set out how the compensation amount was determined and the proportion that will be paid in the second interim payment. Second interim payments will commence in January 2026 and will be paid periodically as compensation assessments are finalised by our team. We will continue to distribute notices and make payments as assessments are finalised by our team. We anticipate that most compensation assessments will be completed by the middle of 2026. If we need further information to finalise your assessment we will contact you - you do not need to contact our office.
