Pelvic Mesh Administration Portal

The Pelvic Mesh Administration Portal is live and operational. Registrants can use the Portal to provide the Administrators with any records or information relevant to their individual claims. The Administrators will use the Portal to communicate information and documentation such as Notices of Eligibility and Notices of Compensation when they are available.

 

We have provided all Registrants with an email invitation to create their own secure account on the Portal. For anyone experiencing difficulties creating and using the Portal, our team can also assist you over the phone on
